I could be wrong, but I believe Avis/Budget share a fleet at MCO. At Avis, they have a very wide range of specs across the vans right now:
1. Pacificas are typically very well equipped (leather, heated seats, etc)
2. I've had 2 Carnivals and they are ok, but not amazing. They also felt cheap on the interior compared to the Pacificas
3. Siennas are relatively basic as all I've seen are cloth on the Avis lots. However, as standard features, the Siennas are all hybrid (I've averaged ~35-38MPG when I've had them) with plenty of safety features (adaptive cruise, lane departure systems, etc) but they still feel underpowered and cheap being all cloth.

All 3 are very common in the fleet and I'm sure MCO has tons of vans due to the nature of many renters there. Just walk the lot, find what you want and ask for it. The worst that can happen is they say no, but at least try for what you want.
