Sure, a bulkhead would be nice. Since SQ's flights tend to be long, I think seat choice makes a difference and I hope to optimize it. (If it were a short haul, I wouldn't be fussed.)
I think SQ supports FQTV and FQTS (two programs in the record), so maybe it’s not particularly risky?
