This seems like a bogus claim by the agent to get me off the phone? I have received no e-mail informing or asking to provide documentation in regard this claimed audit. I can logon to my krisflyer account without issue as well.

Is my account really under audit? Any way to verify? Is the e-mail address I was given really the mechanism to resolve this supposed audit?

Thoughts?
what needed up happening in your situation. This is also happening to me right now after I transferred a bunch of credit card to points to Kris flyer.
