I've been trying unsuccessfully to ticket an award reservation for a few days now. The website errors out after I submit payment and my credit card shows a pending charge from singapore airlines. I have a booking reference number (in fact I have 2 since I tried to book again after initially seeing the error which created a second reservation). This seems like a bogus claim by the agent to get me off the phone? I have received no e-mail informing or asking to provide documentation in regard this claimed audit. I can logon to my krisflyer account without issue as well.
Is my account really under audit? Any way to verify? Is the e-mail address I was given really the mechanism to resolve this supposed audit?

what needed up happening in your situation. This is also happening to me right now after I transferred a bunch of credit card to points to Kris flyer.
