It’s quite normal to get these messages - certainly for the last year or so.

Assuming you’re on the 704 your delay is around 45 minutes. In the grand scheme of things I’d be embarrassed to be complaining and seeking Avios on a delay of this length for a flight of this length, but each to their own.
