Are all taxes refundable for AA Awards flights?
I have booked an iffy trip to Israel with AA miles. The return trip (separate booking) has these taxes/fees listed, are they refundable if I cancel the trip? I know the miles are redeposited without fee if I cancel. My experience is that US taxes/fees are always refunded.

PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE (UNITED KINGDOM) $52.10 USD
DEPARTURE TAX (ISRAEL) $30.36 USD
