Is this the same flight but with different flight numbers?
It'll be the same physical aircraft in both cases. Because it's QR's aircraft, the QR flight number is the prime flight number. However, BA has an arrangement with QR in which BA can also sell a BA "flight" with a "BA" flight number on the same aircraft. In many respects, if you buy a ticket for the BA "flight", then you have bought a different product from that which you would have got if you had bought the ticket from QR with a QR flight number. This can include differences in the contractual conditions. You just happen to end up on the same physical aircraft.
