Hi jkrobs, how was your experience with collinson at st pancras with the Japan-specific PCR test? Is the signed MOFA form required in addition to the test results from collinson?

My girlfriend is a Japanese national and will need a PCR test before travelling to Japan later this month. However, she's flying Oslo for 1 night before continuing to Tokyo so there won't be time to return to collinson to get the MOFA form filled in after the results are back.
