If the "cancelled" ride didn't show up in my ride history, how does a "seasoned driver" risk their rating? If it doesn't show up, I cannot rate them (presumably) poorly based on their driving away/cancelling at the last moment. I might not rate them so poorly if they cancelled early - e.g. when they accepted the ride - maybe they had second thoughts after accepting the ride, maybe something came up with their vehicle, etc. But, either way, if the "cancelled" ride didn't show up in my ride history, I can't rate the driver.
My guess is that it was only canceled on the driver side. For you it was just they changed out which driver was picking you up. Again, that is just a guess. Other than what I stated above I don't really know much more.
