Call EK and request a larger vehicle. They will put the note in your booking. Make sure the confirmation email you receive for LHR a few days before shows the larger car.
DXB is generally easier, though I'm not sure if they even have those larger Mercedes vans anymore. Worst case you will have 2 cars.
