Is the claim missing avios function broken?, last week (9 days ago) I did an AMS-LHR flight on BA with a 125 numbered ticket and my Exec club number in the booking. Nothing has posted and I get the same error on the missing avios page that it doesnt recognise the e-ticket. I'm still waiting to credit my flights from ALC-MAD-LHR from a month ago too and getting nowhere with online chat, twitter or email and get cut off after 1 hour trying to speak with them. I have more flights coming up next week to DUB so that may be another set to add to the list.
