Yes, same experience but did not have as helpful of an agent that mbry had - that's amazing actually. I did email the SQ social media address to try to reach someone competent and the reply I got was that they were looking into it. Moot point for me as my points transfer was instantaneous so I just booked the available seats that were online, avoiding hours more of painful hold and a booking fee for doing it over the phone.
