I know San Sebastián well, and this will be an interesting new venue. It's a few hundred metres from the glitzy beach that sweeps along the city's main promenade with the sea. And the old part of the city, famous for its food and the Basque version of tapas, pintxos, is also within easy walking distance. The old cinema has a distinctive dome and window designs but it's not that big a building so it will be interesting to see how they get a hotel out of it. But for anyone visiting before 2024, there is a really good hotel by the port, Lasala Plaza, but there is no connection with Hilton with that one.
