The diamond force sell guarantee is available as long as the hotel is less than ten percent oversold or it's not an Extraordinary Demand Date.

Hilton have been making changes to their revenue management system recently. One of those changes affected the diamond guarantee reservations and it's possible some hotels have been showing it unavailable when it should have been - this is being resolved and you should see it more often soon.
