If you complain to people in-person like FAs, you're going to get laughed at or told to e-mail DL. If you're doing that constantly, DL's going to flag you as someone who complains constantly and send you form letters.
Again, neither post was directed at complaining to FAs, rather to Delta about their false narratives of service. They're the ones setting the bar high and underdelivering. Again, warranted complaints are listened to - and over the past past two years of flights - I've picked my battles (twice) and submitted warranted feedback when necessary and have received prompt and satisfactory responses from Delta.
