Just keep trying. Try using a different phone from which to call; I sometimes experience trouble having calls connect from my Verizon cellphone which I can easily make from a landline.

A CBP officer, maninblack, was a regular participant in this thread and has helped people in similar situations, however, he has not logged in to FlyerTalk in several months.
