I am not aware of a current email address, however, there is an
Ask us a question page where you can inquire about the delay in receiving your final approval; in the drop-down options, select: Trusted Travelers Programs | Global Entry | Interview is completed.
I just tried to call the JFK enrollment centre and the call just hangs up on me. It shouldn't be a roaming issue as I've made other calls whilst here.
I'll fill in the ask a question page and see what happens.
