From the "ask BA" portion of the website:

"Total mileage for your Household Account mileage cannot be viewed online. Only your individual Executive Club Account mileage is viewable online. You can only view other Household members account mileage if you have their account details and pin. "

However, I can see my own account and the total household account mileage. So, even the BA website doesn't have it all straight.
