I have only stayed at the HR, and only during COVID times, when the Regency Cub was closed. The fitness center was open; that's why I picked it. If you're a strict vegetarian, breakfast will be disappointing; if not, it looked appealing. (No demerits there; no one owes me breakfast within personal boundaries I set.)
Also notable: a short walk to a huge mall with a grocery store.
I've needed to-airport shuttles on all three stays, mostly at early hours, though not gawdawful early, around 6:00AM. Each time, the hotel called a Black Car (private taxi), prepaid. All came on time. Arriving at the hotel, I always took the metro and walked.
