If not Hyatt, which hotel would you stay at CDG? I rather keep my stays with Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott if possible.
I’ve received suite upgrades at HR (one junior/corner, one real suite) both times I’ve stayed this year but the rooms are really showing their age, carpet stains, scratches on the door frames / furniture, somewhat musty smell in the junior suite….
Depending on how much luggage you have you can actually walk from the Parc des Expositions RER station, it’s about 20 minutes or so, there’s also a bus that runs directly there and it’s significantly cheaper to get into Paris than from the CDG station.
Haven’t stayed at either HH or HP but the shuttle hours seemed similar to HR. They’re listed on the hotel websites. Would make sense if they add the shuttle charge onto your bill but no idea.
For other options, the Sheraton could not be more convenient, but for the nights I was there it was 2-3x the price of other airport hotels and isn’t that nice. CDGVAL hotels are probably next most convenient. The Courtyard is a bit nicer than standard and depending on the cost can provide a good value. There’s also a Moxy and a Hilton that don’t have great reviews. And maybe a Residence or Fairfield Inn. All of those are accessible by a free train and a couple minutes walk. Shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes from leaving the hotel to airport check-in. The Marriott in Roissy is ok, not sure of the current shuttle hours. It’s closer to Roissy if you wanted to get away from the hotel to some other restaurants (you can walk there from the Hyatt properties but it’s 15-20 minutes, Marriott is 5-10).
