The product on the 777 is essentially the same, but with much higher density (2-4-2 rather than 2-2) and no side storage bins.
I've just done 13+ hours LHR-SIN on the 787-9; it's a pretty terrible product with virtually no storage and no privacy in an aisle seat. The trip report for that is coming soon.
Take a Club Suites-equipped aircraft if you have the choice.
