HR is a very tired property. Glob recognition is good, but lounge offerings in the evening are pretty threadbare and rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Shuttle hours are limited at all 3 hotels. For HH and HP their website says reservations are necessary and it costs 3€ (no idea of that is waived for Glob) HR doesn’t require reservations but seats are limited. As a glob they did pay for my taxi to the airport when I had to depart before the shuttle started running. Hyatt makes it tough to stay at their properties at CDG considering how much easier it is to get to mostly nicer non-Hyatt properties at the CDGVAL stations.
Value of points vs money is really up to you but I payed closer to €100 earlier this year at HR and that was about the most I would want to spend.
What do I get as a Globalist at the HR? Decent upgrade?
Are the shuttle hours even more limited with the HH and HP? Do I pay €3 at the time of boarding, or will the fare be added to my hotel bill?
If not Hyatt, which hotel would you stay at CDG? I rather keep my stays with Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott if possible.
