Traveling from PIT-PHL-ZRH in June on ticket purchased through a travel company. Called EXP desk to apply my SWUs and was told they cannot retrieve the reservation, even though it has been ticketed and shows up in my app. Does this seem correct that AA can't access the ticketed reservation?
No, assuming it's ticketed correctly AA should be able to see it. HUCA, and make sure you're giving them the correct AA PNR. If they still can't find it then maybe ask the rep to manually search for your name on the flight.
