About all I can add here is that Ocean Park has at least a couple of toddler appropriate rides (merry-go-round, etc.). They have a MacDonald's on site. And, toddlers might like the panda exhibit. But, I don't know that I'd want to spend a whole day there with little kids. Lots of walking.
