Questions about AE Gold/Rose Gold Card / Benefits / International purchases

Just so there is no confusion, the card in question is the one with a $250 annual fee.

I have looked over their website but am not finding answers to my questions.

1. Does it provide airport lounge access?
2. For food delivery, it seems it is only available in the US, has anyone tried it for Uber Eats in another country? Will points be earned?
3. For grocery store points, both online and in person stores count? Or only in person shopping? And do internally online grocery stores and online stores count?
4. It looks like the 3x travel benefit only words if you transfer points to AE for AE travel or airline, we cannot transfer points out to a mileage account 1 for 1 right? How exactly does this work?
5. Outside the US, how can I reduce my annual fees with using their benefits? Seems some of them can only be used in the US to get that 120/yr credit... Weird, if I can earn points using those services internationally but when it comes to getting the cash to help alleviate the fees, they turn you down.. So how else can I offset the high annual fee? I don't travel much actually, but wish to accumulate points for travel in the future.

I currently have a Chase Sapphire Preferred, but I have learned that the points earned are less than the AE card.

Thanks.
