I don't know how many other people do this, but I arrive at airports much earlier than I used to in the before days. There is too much variability in getting through check in and security now. I am probably twice as early as I used to be, translating to maybe 4x as much time in the lounge. If passenger counts remained the same but everyone spent 4x the time there (a big assumption, but I would guess that the average time is higher than before?) then the lounges will be 4x busier.
