Looking to use Choice points in Spain. They have a partnership with the Sercotel chain which I've used in the past. The Choice website seems to show all these properties "sold out" for all nights next month. Is this a glitch, or have they ended award redemption and not bothered to update their website? For each hotel, they do list how many points you (theoretically) would need.
BTW, Choice also shows "sold out" for regular paid rates at these Sercotel hotels. The hotels have availability. So something is very wrong. Is their a Choice rep here who could explain what's going on?
