  1. Employee used bare hands to garnish drink with lemon. | Advised to use tongs.
  2. Moldy, fuzzy organic matter on strawberries. | Discarded.
  3. Ceviche sauce and half-cooked tuna kept past use-by date. | Discarded.
  4. Leak from atmospheric vacuum breaker at outside mop sink and hose connected to sink and sitting below the flood rim. | Disconnected hose and will repair leak.
