Applied for the Wyndham status match several months ago. Three emails since, the last 8 weeks ago saying they hope it will be done shortly. I’ve emailed again but no response this time.

Any ideas how to sort this? I’ve got a 16 night stay coming up for which the resort fees would be nearly $700. Frustrating
