Flying J. Lounges are in the Schengen area. With a 4 hr connection and expected wait times there was no way to make it out and back in that time.
Lines for COVID doc check are split by passport/citizenship. So, they will guide you into the "non EU" line. The only way to skip that is to tell them you have an international connection (at which point you are sent to the short EU resident line)
The "real" Tap business TATL is decent. The eiropean economy seat on my flight to TLV (was advertised as lie-flat when purchased tickets) is worse than Easyjet.
