Is SQ award availability different call center versus website?
I've been searching the SQ website for an award ticket, but I needed to call reservations since I don't have all the miles in my account yet.
When I called reservations, they didn't see the award, claiming that the call center sees different availability.
There are at least 6 award seats on the website but the call center saw none for one of the segments...
I waitlisted for the segment but I am wondering whether I should call back and try again. On the website, the seats (at saver level no less) are still available...
