I still await 23,700 Avios from a flight BA cancelled for January. I got the Avios/taxes for the flight very quickly and then the refund for the cash part of my seat selection but still await the 23,700 for the seats. Sent a missing Avios email some 6 weeks ago (no luck) but, having read this thread will try the email address given above. Thanks
