If it isn't ptoviding what it says that it will, then seems something to take up with AA
If it is not part of AA's listed service, then crew absolutely should not be deciding amongst themselves who should or should not get their preferences, but be doing it by what their role states.
Don't the CKs have their own containment thread? Does the recovery and current state of our society mean we're going to get more of this kind of entitlement and narcissism? Now that the mask mandate is lifted do people have to suddenly find other issues to express how unique and special they are?
