4) Completed online check-out on Friday and my stay/night credits posted to my Hyatt account by Sunday morning. Compared to my Aria stay, where it took a full 7 days to post.
The one nice thing I can say about Excalibur is that they’ve never not credited my stays//EQNs properly / quickly.
Whereas my Aria stay last month I’m 30 days out and have had to email them to follow up - and still no reply. Will probably have to rope in concierge to sort out / and even then I’d expect my comp nights not to end up counting as they would when they properly/automatically post.
