I had an 0640 departure from CDG yesterday. The BA check in desk is downstairs at the eastern end of terminal 2A, close to 2C. I wasn’t able to use OLCI, and was traveling with hand luggage only, so I showed up at 0530. There was already a bit of a queue, but I was able to use the Club desk and was on my way to security within a couple of minutes at most. Nothing is open in the terminal at that hour, so no lounge.
