TurboJet used to run ferries between Macau and HKIA (and I think Cotai WaterJet also), in either direction, and you never technically entered Hong Kong. A quick web search suggests they were suspended early in the pandemic, and it doesn't seem as if they've returned. I'm not aware of other services.
