OK, well next time check with FT first before calling. You would have been allowed to go either minus 3 days early or upto 14 days later (as a minimum, arguably more than that) via the Standard Rebooking Policy. That applies to redemptions too. You're only allowed one change per irrop hence it's best to check here first if you don't know all the different policies in this space.
