Raffles : after reading your experience i can indeed confirm that there are in the lounge limited powerplugs to use ! Mostely at the two seater tables.

We met up with fellow Royal Ambassadors, Donna & Ron from Hawaï, it was great meeting you and discussing the direction of Intercontinental hotels and their lounges..... hope to meet you again in the near future over the art & archtitectual sketches!
* besides the Nespresso pad coffee machine, there is also a sophisticated machine making latte and capucinno and stuff
You can get to the lounge via the main stairwell or using the elevators.
