I was completely stitched up with their 4x points for new hotels.

The hotel was on the list/offer, I activated, booked a stay and then checked out. Then kept chasing for my points to be told that the dates had changed for the offer after I stayed, so I should have gone back to the offer page to sign up again for the same hotel!

Really not happy with the whole experience.
