Call BA. Yes you might have to wait a bit but it’ll still likely yield the quickest resolution. Try different times of the day if you can’t get through. Select the option for BAEC account enquiries/issues. If it’s a BA ticket number, it should be done almost there and then, if it’s anything else, it’s usually a day or two before the back office team do it.
