Many have already mentioned it here, but I feel I have to repeat it. Customer service through WhatsApp has been amazing!

Used them for the first time two days ago for a seat change of a reservation that is on an upgrade waitlist and today they've booked a multi city itinerary (albeit a fairly simple one) quickly and efficiently!

So much better than staying on the line for an hour, waiting for someone to answer.
