Had two BA Holidays, Nov and Feb. Both times, I chased for double points after 4-5 weeks had elapsed. All the info was on my BA App, which I made clear to them, so it should have been easy.. I gave booking reference number and BAEC number both times and saw points credited within 48 hours of my query. They were simple Club Europe flight and hotel bookings in accordance with the conditions.
