I think the OP trying to book an Avios ticket and needs a joker to use to open up space which require the D class availability. I'm just guessing maybe this is not the case. I would ask the GGL team to price up an LHR-HND ticket and not a CH-LHR-HND one. I'm not sure other solutions exists other than to wait and see but BA might never going to open up D class for those dates from CH
