A friend of mine just pointed me that UA is switching from 788 to a (very) larger 77W today/tomorrow and maybe the next day too on the newly launched MXP-ORD route.
Can anyone hazard a guess about this sort of last minute change?
Supposedly those flights should have light loads even considering the previous original aircraft so that an overbooking reason sounds far-fetched.
