changing a return to an open jaw possible?
I have one of those £999 UC tickets from the start of covid where the flight was cancelled sitting waiting to be used. Its a LGW-LAS-LGW ticket. I'm thinking to use it in July, but now want to fly into LAS and out of JFK. Is there any chance when I get them to rebook me that I can get them to do that? or is this likely to want to reprice it with 'fare difference" which will be somewhat pointless...

Secondly, do cancelled flights show up anywhere in your online account? I have acknowledgement via a whatsapp chat about the flight so I'm not particularly worried about it, but I've entered the booking reference and name into the view/amend section and it comes up as not found
