yes it does. See the review of this lounge in the AF lounge thread and you will see picture of the P-reserved room at the end. There is a specific menu available for P pax.

Otherwise, you get the usual ground treatment with full escort to lounge and to plane. And on arrival, transfer to immigration by private limo instead of the aerobus and skipping line at immigration (a great benefit knowing the zoo it has become).
