Just for clarity. The question wasn't if the the Destination fee was daily (I think that was already understood.) The question was whether the $30 F&B credit was daily or not. And the answer is: it isn't.
From my experience based on a stay last week, the destination fee AND the credit are both processed on a daily basis. So, you get a “daily” destination fee of $30 and a F&B credit of up to $30. Having known this from past experience, I did partake on food expenses that exceeded $30 each day and received a $30 credit on each day as well.
