My AS Lounge breakfast, and same for the crappy hotel buffay breakfasts is typically 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs (sans most of the yolks), a shmear of cream cheese, lots of pepper, and sometimes a shpritz of hot sauce, on a bagel or toast. It is far superior (IMnshO) than Eggs That Time Forgot, often available with Bacon Swimming In Its Own Juices.
Agreed. Plus, I would be looking for some mustard mayo & relish packets to really put it over the top as an egg salad sandwich.
