The first thing to ask is whether you can see the voucher if you log in to the BA website and then go to this page: https://www.britishairways.com/trave..._gb?eId=188010 - it should list all of your companion vouchers.

If you can't see it there, then the next question is whether you have already spent this voucher by booking a flight, and then cancelled that into a Future Travel Voucher.
