All I can say from your post is "Minds Think Alike." (I know my mind isn't great, and I've got no idea if yours is, so I couldn't go there.) My AS Lounge breakfast, and same for the crappy hotel buffay breakfasts is typically 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs (sans most of the yolks), a shmear of cream cheese, lots of pepper, and sometimes a shpritz of hot sauce, on a bagel or toast. It is far superior (IMnshO) than Eggs That Time Forgot, often available with Bacon Swimming In Its Own Juices.
