EF/KVS aren't likely to be of much help for this info. Someone on the flight or at least in the departure airport will be a better source in these case
Additionally UA's Flight Status is a public source (from which the other sites draw their information)

However UA is now reporting

In Flight - Estimated to Arrive 20 Hours 31 Minutes Late

Departed SFO about an hour ago and reported TPE Arrival,Tue, May 10, 3:16PM
